the air conditioning in the room did not work well. i had to ask several times for maintenance. the maintenance person was rude and did not provide a fan. i found mould in the corners of the shower.

The hot water tap in the bathroom sputtered water. room service neglected to provide a complimentary water bottle one day and also failed to sweep the floor. breakfast proved chaotic. Staff did not manage the queue system, and some guests lacked courtesy. finding seats at breakfast took over ten minutes, and some staff seemed unhelpful, even rude.

Honestly, i would say the usb ports in my room did not function. It was a minor inconvenience!
