the front desk staff helped me with all my inquiries . i received a welcome letter with a bottle of water in my room. the breakfast buffet had many delicious options i could choose. i found the room service prompt, so it enhanced my overall experience. i also had no issues with free wifi .

the rooftop bar felt understaffed which impacted the speed of service one evening it took a while to get our drinks so we went to the bar ourselves to follow up on the order

the hotel provided excellent service. the reception staff welcomed me warmly. a personalized welcome letter with a bottle of water awaited me in my room. breakfast featured a wide array of delicious options.

the air conditioning in the room did not work well. i had to ask several times for maintenance. the maintenance person was rude and did not provide a fan. i found mould in the corners of the shower.

I encountered an issue . The hot water tap in the bathroom sputtered water. room service neglected to provide a complimentary water bottle one day and also failed to sweep the floor. breakfast proved chaotic. Staff did not manage the queue system, and some guests lacked courtesy. finding seats at breakfast took over ten minutes, and some staff seemed unhelpful, even rude.

Honestly, i would say the usb ports in my room did not function. It was a minor inconvenience!
